Developing computer course models based on learning management system for early children education teachers

Abstract

Courses and training institutions as non-formal education units organized for the community. Currently, the world is faced with the phenomenon of digital disruption, which is a situation indicated by the movement of the industrial world or job competition which is no longer linear. this is indicated by the number of online courses and training services, the development of courses and training currently is a Learning Management System (LMS) based course and training, which is a web-based application system that allows teachers and/or students to share materials, submit and return assignments, and communicate online. The results of the research and development of the Learning Management System-based course and training model on the computer course program that has been developed have a very good level of practicality according to the instructors and course and training organizers. Learning outcomes of courses and training based on the Learning Management System that is tested on computer courses can improve the skills of Early Childhood Education teachers. © 2023 AIP Publishing LLC.
