The purpose of this descriptive qualitative study is to investigate how artificial intelligence (AI) may improve the efficacy and efficiency of the educational process. To obtain and examine data on this subject, the study conducted a literature review. The study’s conclusions show that AI can enhance the educational system through a variety of means, including facilitating and quickening the learning process, offering tailored recommendations, anticipating student behavior, and enhancing data management. The chapter also covers other ways AI might improve education, including natural language processing, intelligent tutoring systems, predictive analytics, adaptive learning, and virtual reality simulations. AI has enormous potential in education, and its application can result in notable gains in student learning outcomes, instructor efficacy, and overall educational efficiency. This chapter concludes by highlighting the potential of AI to promote effectiveness, expansion, and creativity in the educational sector. The future of education could be completely changed by the use of AI, opening the door to a more effective, individualized, and inclusive learning environment, and transforming learning objectives and conventional teaching strategies.
