Youth (age 6) is a vital period and affects all stages of human events. This period is often called the brilliant period because during this period the child's potential for understanding increases faster than in the following period. Young people need authority to guide them so that their latent potential can develop in an ideal way. In the framework of implementing this training for young people, educational offices and support facilities are needed. The necessary framework for each teaching unit should have a combined field facility, research room, initiative room, education room, organization room, library room, sports stage, loving place, the place have fun, to help with the learning system. There are still many individuals who do not fully understand the required framework of the child training unit to meet the children's needs and do not have the slightest idea of how to supervise. This can be considered dependent on the results of a review of the framework guidelines that have been carried out by regional exploratory surveys and urban youth. © 2022 American Institute of Physics Inc..
