The prostitute is a terminology that is used for women who provide services in terms of sex to get some money or goods. This study aims to determine the factors that cause a person to become prostitute women in metropolitan cities. Methodologically, this study uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with several women prostitute and pimps. The results showed that a person becoming a prostitute woman is caused by economic factors and responsibilities to the family, habits or environment, deviant sexual behavior, and low education. © 2020 by Advance Scientific Research.
