This study examines the amalgamation of artificial intelligence (AI), pedagogical tactics, and psychological concepts to establish comprehensive learning environments that facilitate students' cognitive, emotional, and social growth. Holistic learning prioritizes the entire learner by accommodating varied requirements, motivations, and intelligences. Artificial intelligence technology, including adaptive learning systems, emotional monitoring tools, and collaborative platforms, facilitate individualized, inclusive, and engaging educational experiences. The study examines the theoretical foundations, design principles, ethical issues, and optimal methods for integrating AI with constructivist, humanistic, and socio- emotional learning frameworks. Case examples illustrate how AI can improve student autonomy, wellbeing, and achievement when integrated with psychological principles. The results underscore the significance of user- centered design, professional development, and stakeholder involvement in maintaining inclusive, technology- driven, and humancentered educational institutions. © 2026, IGI Global Scientific Publishing.
