Effective and sustainable management of regional assets based on public-entrepreneurship is the focus and locus of change in mindset, change of dhikr pattern, and mental revolution in Indonesia that needs to be studied. The article of this research aims to analyze and explain the management of public assets in the form of Limboto Lake in Gorontalo Regency according to the perspective of public entrepreneurship based on creativity and innovation of actors in order to realize Good Society Governance (GSG). Data collection uses observation techniques, focus group discussions, and tracking documents about managing public assets. The results showed that the new management of Limboto Lake by the Regent was carried out synergistically and collaboratively by creative and innovative actors in the context of implementing community empowerment programs. There is a revitalization model for mentoring the activities of community groups in managing and utilizing the potential of Limboto Lake according to the actors' public entrepreneurship perspective based on creativity and innovation. The theoretical implication is to reinforce the idea of a multi-level framework of analysis on the perspective of public entrepreneurship in the management of regional assets. Also, it supports improving the performance of local and regional economic actors in the form of partnerships to realize the GSG in Gorontalo Regency, Indonesia. © 2018 Allied Academies.
