This study examines the application of the principles of collaboration in the implementation of policy management development program of street children in the city of Makassar. There are two (2) Department of Work Unit (SKPD) are known to possess and administer training programs that focused on street children, the Department of Social Welfare and the Department of Education of Makassar. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection is done through observation, interviews, documentation. The results showed that in a concrete administrative, can not be proved the existence of the practice of management principles of collaboration in the implementation of policy development program of street children in Makassar. © Serials Publications.
