This chapter explores the vital integration of empathy and inclusion in cultivating interpersonal skills among students in diverse and evolving school communities. Drawing on theoretical frameworks and global case studies, it outlines practical strategies for embedding empathy into the curriculum, classroom culture, and teacher training. The text emphasizes the role of social-emotional learning (SEL) and digital tools in fostering understanding, respect, and collaboration among learners. It also identifies systemic barriers and offers sustainable solutions for inclusive educational environments. By positioning empathy as a skill and a cultural value, the chapter argues that schools can promote emotional well-being, equity, and academic success.
