In addition to the rapid pace of technical breakthroughs and the increasingly complex difficulties of a globalized economy, digital transformation has become crucial for strengthening business resilience. This study aims to examine the changing environment by conducting a thorough bibliometric analysis. The analysis uses a dataset of 1,546 documents obtained from the Scopus database, which spans from 2015--2024. Keywords such as "digital transformation," "business resilience," and "technology adaptation" were selected carefully to guarantee a comprehensive investigation of pertinent research. The research was conducted via the Biblioshiny tool in the R Studio environment, enabling a thorough investigation of publication patterns, collaborative networks, and the evolution of important themes over time. The findings demonstrate a significant increase in the quantity of published works, with China, Italy, and the United Kingdom emerging as the primary providers of scientific literature in this field. Nevertheless, despite the notable surge in publications, the citation counts persist at a low level, suggesting that these pieces have not yet attained widespread recognition among the global academic community. Articles are the most common type of document, and high-impact journals with large h-indexes are the dominant publications in the field. This study emphasizes the crucial importance of digital transformation not only in improving the competitiveness of organisations but also in guaranteeing their long-term ability to withstand ongoing uncertainties. The findings provide useful strategic insights for policymakers and researchers, highlighting the need for ongoing attention to digital innovation and its contribution to maintaining business resilience in various industries and countries. © 2026, Malque Publishing.
