The incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education necessitates a fundamental reevaluation of teacher competencies, training methodologies, and educational equality. This study examines the necessity for the evolution of teacher education to equip educators for AI-enhanced learning settings via curriculum redesign, pedagogical innovation, ethical contemplation, and systemic support. It underscores the significance of AI literacy, digital fluency, equal access, and adaptive assessment methodologies. The report promotes inclusive and sustainable AI training ecosystems based on foresight and human-centered principles by examining worldwide policy trends and best practices. The examination of mentorship, educator views, and institutional preparedness provides a comprehensive framework.
