Abstract

This chapter explores the crucial connection between sustainability and digital innovation, emphasizing the urgent need for transformative leadership to address global environmental and social challenges. It examines how leaders can incorporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) concepts into technology-oriented policies to foster enduring resilience, equity, and planetary well-being. It emphasizes critical subjects such as ethical decision-making in AI, inclusive innovation, sustainable business models, educational reform, and global policy collaboration, all viewed through a multidisciplinary perspective. Utilizing international case studies and practical frameworks, it provides insights into how enterprises and institutions may synchronize digital transformation with the Sustainable Development Goals. Emphasis is focused on values-driven leadership that is adaptable, inclusive, and forward-looking.
