The rise of learning analytics (LA) and artificial intelligence (AI) has enabled educators to personalize learning experiences at an unprecedented scale. This chapter explores how learning analytics can be ethically and intelligently applied to support learner autonomy, inclusivity, and well-being across intercultural hybrid learning environments. Drawing on frameworks from educational data science, humanistic psychology, and cultural intelligence (CQ), the chapter proposes a model of “Culturally Intelligent Analytics” (CIA) that integrates human judgment with AI precision. It highlights how data-informed decision-making can enhance not replace the emotional, ethical, and intercultural dimensions of learning. Through theoretical synthesis and real-world examples, the chapter redefines personalization as a process of nurturing potential and cultural belonging rather than optimizing performance metrics. © 2026 by IGI Global Scientific Publishing.
