This chapter examines the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve student engagement via individualized learning and adaptive motivational techniques. It offers a comprehensive investigation of student participation in the digital age, supported by theoretical and pedagogical frameworks. The discourse emphasizes AI's ability to customize training, facilitate immediate feedback, and enhance motivation via gamification, adaptive responses, and emotional intelligence. Global case studies illustrate practical uses, while ethical, legal, and equity aspects highlight the necessity of responsible implementation.
