The academic research articles cover lean innovation training, physician communication skills, learning environments, heritage management, mental training in sports, and crowdfunding. Coaching is emphasized in professional practice, practice-led research, and collaborative research teams. According to the articles, coaching improves artistic creativity, project outcomes, and professional development. They emphasize individualized support and subjective reflection to overcome coaching strategy obstacles and ethical issues. The effects of COVID-19 on education and development and the use of technology in teaching are also examined. The research shows that life coaching, acceptance and commitment coaching, and solution-focused coaching improve communication and research abilities.
