Abstract

Establishing trust in AI- driven businesses is crucial for guaranteeing the ethical, effective, and sustainable application of artificial intelligence. This chapter outlines a strategy methodology that incorporates governance frameworks, transparent system architecture, ethical leadership, stakeholder involvement, and adaptive risk management. It examines international frameworks, like the OECD Principles, IEEE standards, and the EU AI Act, in conjunction with pragmatic approaches such as explainability tools, fairness audits, and inclusive co- design. Focus is directed towards cultivating a culture of ethical consciousness, responding to public apprehensions, and predicting forthcoming challenges in generative AI, surveillance, and autonomy. By integrating innovation with human values and regulatory compliance, firms can bolster credibility, augment stakeholder loyalty, and establish AI as a reliable catalyst for sustained societal and organizational advancement. © 2026, IGI Global Scientific Publishing.
