Storytelling is a crucial tool in modern leadership, fostering engagement, productivity, and creativity. It helps leaders communicate their visions, build trust, and influence followers. Stories inspire innovation by sparking imagination and allowing people to find new solutions. In education, storytelling extends beyond leadership structures to create rich learning experiences for students. Teachers use stories to teach students real- world problems while teaching theoretical aspects, encouraging creativity and collaboration. The effectiveness of a leader greatly improves when storytelling can make a lasting impact on their followers. Miss Devries advocates for storytelling integration with creativity and imagination in action plans.
